last night

was definitely worth the wait.
can't wait for more though.

humility.

This past week I have learned a lot about being a humble person.
I can't recall at the moment of any huge time when I had a humbling experience,
but I have paid a lot of attention at church and have been able to practice it.
There is nobody in this world that I am above or below,
and I hope I act like that all of my life.
Last Sunday the Scriptures were all about humility and how to use it.
Jesus said to invite the poor and crippled to your feast,
because they can't pay you back.
Doing this will take you up to His Kingdom.
If you invite your friends and family,
they will end up inviting you to something later.

Today I finally met the homeless person I always see close to my house.
His name is Steve, and he lives under a tree.
He looks really young, and that's what make me so sad.
He is such a nice, and humble person himself.
I can see so much of Jesus inside of him.
After talking to him for a minute he offered me some of his lunch.
All I can think is that he has to be a good person.
I hope to see him tomorrow and talk to him some more.
[I could barely hear him today.]
It is hard for me to try and get to know a homeless person.
But I think it is something I have to do right now to grow.
I have grown so much in so many other ways,
and I think I need to prove to myself
that I can practice what Jesus has taught me.

best concert i've ever been to ...
and i turned nineteen!

new schedule ...
yess!!!

i wish

that everyone in the world could just be equal
not the same
but treated equally
like humans
will it ever be possible?

btw. I really want to watch Across the Universe.

TEXAS - day two

woke up late ...
at about noon ...
thought i had to be in comp... oops not the song

watched some degrassi and
i love new york most of the day

ate dinner ...
then went bowling
which was fun

came back home
and worked a TON on my
myspace ...

Flight with Shawn White.

Texas Trip - Day One

The first flight to Denver was pretty cool ...
My brother saw this guy that looked like Shawn White ...
but I didn't think it was him so we didn't say anything to him.
Then when the flight was over...
someone over the speaker said that there was someone waiting for Shawn White.

So we flied in an airplane with Shawn White ....
I guess the American Express commercial IS true!
haha

Now we're in Texas and it's really humid and kinda hot ....
but the trip should be fun ...
