The President Elect

Is Barack Obama!

I still really can't believe it ...
The last two Presidential elections have been so disappointing that it's sooo much better that we won this time!
Although all of the people who are Republican on facebook/myspace are so fricking annoying!
The world isn't going to end ... it's going to get better ...
And I really feel that Republicans do a great job at separating our country ...
which isn't the point ...
We had to put up with Bush as President for 8 years ...
so stop acting like we're going to die.













And this was the first Presidential Election I could vote in!!!
Although it was like the third time I've voted.

1A=YES - I don't think we should be spending billions of $s right now ... no matter how cool it sounds.
2=YES - I am happy about this one.
3=YES - I'm impartial.
4=NO - I still don't know how I feel about this one.

8=YES - I'm being pulled by both sides ... but I'm fine with it either way.
9=YES - I don't think this one was even necessary.

11=YES - I think this is dumb ... and it only one by a percentage point.
12=YES - This one is good ... so I'm glad it passed.

p.s. I voted for Nader ... but of the two I definitely think Obama can do more good for our country than Mcain could do. If Bush's administration hadn't ruined so much ... the race would have probably been much closer.

French Festival

Was amazing!
I wish more French speakers lived close by though.
O well ... I will practice in Ecuador for sure!
The entertainment was amazing.
You should definitely check out Jessica Fichot.
If not her then someone who sounds like her [and is super famous] is Carla Bruni.
I love that French music sound.

p.s. Santa Barbara Mission is beautiful!!! It definitely IS the queen of the missions.

I just watched a long awaited movie and it was good [Sex and the City] ... It reminded me of a year or so of watching the show at like 11:30pm every night on channel 5 ... I'm in a good place now and it makes me happy! i know what i want and that makes me feel great. You know what else makes me happy? the bird and the bee's cover of the beegees' best song in sex and the city the movie! awesomeness
